Cellar in via ex Cassia, 54 (or provincial road, 157) Podere Paganico Torrenieri-Montalcino Located below street level, on the level of the lower vineyard, the grapes to be made into wine are brought to this cellar; here they follow the steps from vinification to fermentation to arrive at the finished wine, with refinement, in the same, in small 225, 300 and 500 liter barrels or transported to the nearby aging and bottling cellar one kilometer away.
Cellar in Viale Bindo Crocchi, 21/23 Torrenieri-Montalcino Siena Small cellar in the town of Torrenieri, in front of the historic railway station. The wine is transferred here and refined in wood, Allier oak barrels, from a historic national company. Here the bottling takes place followed by storage in steel baskets where the bottled wine remains until the next step of labeling and boxing for shipping.
