Rosso di Montalcino
Montalcino does not only include Brunello among its great
children but also Rosso which is born in the same vineyards and is destined to
be enjoyed first.
It is thus possible to have, together with its extraordinary
structure, the characteristics of liveliness and freshness typical of a young
product.
Rosso di Montalcino is an elegant, brilliant, tasty wine,
with excellent intensity and aroma and ready to drink.
It is traditionally accompanied by those dishes of Tuscan
cuisine that use pasta with meat, mushroom and truffle sauces and second
courses of pork, veal, poultry and game, and medium-aged cheeses.
It must be served in crystal red wine glasses at a
temperature of 18°C.
